HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?

The order will ship by sea. Customized products require additional processing time and will be shipped once it is completed.The salesperson will reply with a specific shipping time and contact your shipping agent.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. For non-customized products please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed[Products Details to confirm]. Most shipments will take an additional 15-25 business days. For customized products, including collegiate and prepared designs, processing can range from 7-8 weeks.

HOW DO I GET A CUSTOMIZED QUOTATION?

Please contact our sales email or telephone. Provide details and quantity of the items to be customized and we will give you a quotation.

ARE THERE ANY GUARANTEES AFTER SALES?

We have a complete after-sales service, video pictures guide the use of products, after-sales customer complaints processing system.Our products are contracted by PICC.
